1.	Service name	The use of one-off licences for the retail sale of beers and mixtures of beer with non-alcoholic beverages with a volumetric alcoholic strength by volume not exceeding 13 per cent, of natural fermentation cider with a volumetric concentration of ethyl alcohol not exceeding 8.5 per cent, in exhibitions, issue.

4.	Duration of service provision	The licence shall be issued within 30 calendar days of receipt of the documents required for issuing the licence. If not all documents are submitted, the time limit shall be calculated from the date of submission of all documents.
5.	Service Price	A state tax of Eur 17 is imposed for issuing a licence.
6.	Methods and procedures for payment for the service (including payment option for foreigners)	Toll recipient – State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (in. 7.	Description of the service delivery process	Licences shall be issued under the Law on Alcohol control of the Republic of Lithuania, 1995, no 44-1073, on 20 May 2004 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. Resolution No. 618 on the rules for the licensing of wholesale and retail trade in alcohol products and on the approval of the rules for retail sale of alcoholic beverages in trade and catering enterprises ('), 2004, no 84-3050 '.
8.	Information and documents to be provided by the person	The following documents shall be submitted for the licence: 1. An application which must contain the following particulars: Company details, telephone number, e-mail address (if any), type of licence, time of the trade in alcoholic beverages, location (address and name of the company), alcoholic beverages The selling method, the type of business (trade or public catering), the addresses of the warehouses in which the alcoholic beverages will be stored and from which the liquor is to be allocated, the number of the licence, the date on which it is issued. 2. Consent of the event organizer. 3. Licences for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages or licences for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the spa, recreation and tourism season, certified by a signature and a certainty mark of the manager of the undertaking or his authorized person. 4. A payment order with a bank tag or a receipt confirming that the state levy has been paid.
