4.	Duration of service provision	The licence shall be replaced within 30 days of receipt of the request. The time limit shall be calculated on the date of receipt of all or additional (revised) documents.

7.	Description of the service delivery process	The licence is replaced by the Republic of Lithuania Law on Heat holding; Decree of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania no 982 of 25 July 2003 "On the approval of heat supply licensing rules".
8.	Information and documents to be provided by the person	1. A document attesting the payment of a fixed fee for the replacement of a licence at the initiative of the undertaking or the issue of duplicates. 2. Documents that lead to the replacement of the licence.
