The
authorisation shall be revoked in accordance with Decree No 3-768 of the
2011-12-09 Minister of Transport of the Republic of Lithuania on the approval
of the rules for the issue of the carriage of passengers by passenger cars by
car (' the Regulations ', 2011, no 155-7371). |

authorisation shall be revoked when the carrier submits a request for
revocation. |

(omission) can be appealed in accordance with the procedure laid down by the
Law on the legal Proceedings of the Republic of Lithuania for the Regional
District Administrative Court of Klaipeda Chamber of (Galinio Pylimo g. 9,
Klaipėda). |
