Duration of service provision

The licence will be adjusted within 15 working days of receipt of the documents required for the issuance of the licence. Where not all documents are submitted, the time limit shall be calculated from the date of submission of all the documents (this period is not readable by the period during which the Collector provides additional or revised documents).


Service Price

The state fee is set at Eur 122 per licence adjustment.

Description of the service delivery process

Licences shall be adjusted according to the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Control of tobacco, tobacco products and related products (1996, no 11-281, 2003, no 117-5317), by Resolution No. 2012 of 5 December 1450 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the The adoption of rules for the licensing of wholesale and retail trade in tobacco products and the recognition of certain resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania which have been repealed "(2012, no 142-7321).


Information and documents to be provided by the person

The following documents shall be provided for clarification of the licence:

      1. An application specifying:

-Company name, legal form, code and seat;

-the type, number and date of issue of the licence available;

-The reason for the request for clarification of the licence;

-the particulars which must be modified or, as appropriate, deleted from the licence;

2. Documents certifying changes in data.

3. Original licence.

4. A payment order with a bank tag or a receipt confirming that the state levy has been paid.

Appeal procedure for the service provider's action/omission

Action (omission) can be appealed in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Law on the legal Proceedings of the Republic of Lithuania for the Regional District Administrative Court of Klaipeda Chamber of (Galinio Pylimo g. 9, Klaipėda).
