Duration of service provision

The authorisation shall be granted within 20 working days of receipt of the documents required for the issue of the authorisation. A period of 10 working days shall be fixed for the submission of missing documents or for correcting deficiencies.


Service Price

The granting of the authorisation shall be Eur 45 per state levy.


Methods and procedures for payment for the service (including payment option for foreigners)

Toll recipient – State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (in. K. 188659752), Bank of the beneficiary AB Swedbank, Account No. LT24 7300 0101 1239 4300, deposit code 52788, deposit name – State levy for Issuance of a motor vehicle licence.


Description of the service delivery process

Authorisations are issued in accordance with Decree No 3-768 of the 2011-12-09 Minister of Transport of the Republic of Lithuania on the approval of the rules for the issue of the carriage of passengers by passenger cars by car (' the Regulations ', 2011, no 155-7371).


Information and documents to be provided by the person

The following documents shall be available for authorisation:

1. Application.

2. Copies of the Company's registration certificate and statutes/provisions certified by stamp and by signature of the manual. Where the carrier is a natural person, an identity document, a certificate of individual registration and a declaration of the place of residence or copies thereof.

3. Registration certificate for the road vehicle to be used for the provision of passenger transport services by taxi, test result card and compulsory insurance certificate for Motor vehicle liability (refundable copies). If the vehicle does not belong to the carrier, a document certifying that the vehicle is operated on a legitimate basis (lease, lease, etc.) must be provided.

4. Driving licence.

5. A payment order with a bank tag or a voucher confirming that the state levy has been paid.

Appeal procedure for the service provider's action/omission

Action (omission) can be appealed in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Law on the legal Proceedings of the Republic of Lithuania for the Regional District Administrative Court of Klaipeda Chamber of (Galinio Pylimo g. 9, Klaipėda).
